A condominium with 6 floors above ground and 2 floors underground, which Singaporean real estate developer Rooftop RE was constructing in the center of Hirafu, has been completed and will open on November 30th. The facility name is “Nisekokyo” and there are 22 guest rooms in total. It is close to the Niseko Tokyu Grand Hirafu Ski Resort, and sells itself as a “ski-in/ski-out” option that allows direct access to the slopes.

The total floor space of Nisekogo is 5,182 square meters. The rooms will be sold into units and operated as lodging facilities when the owner is absent. The largest room is 386 square meters and can accommodate 14 people. Many of the rooms have hot spring baths, and are decorated with Italian furniture to create a relaxing atmosphere. There is also a restaurant and a public bath. Accommodation fees in winter vary depending on the season and size, and range from 50,000 to 1,948,000 yen per night.

An opening event was held on the 20th, and the facility was opened to the local government and members of the press. Robert Tan, CEO of the company, said in an interview, “This is a project in Niseko that I fell in love with at first sight, and I want to provide the best hospitality.”

Niseko real estate company CEO’s perspective

A luxury residence with ski-in and ski-out options.

There is a huge difference in comfort between carrying your skis and walking for 5 minutes, and being able to go in and out of the hotel with your skis on.

A wonderful environment surrounded by nature with a panoramic view of the romantic night view of Hirafu. Excellent location with walking access to surrounding restaurants. If you come to Niseko, we recommend a hotel where you can enjoy a view of the ski resort.

The Hirafu area, which is visited by people from all over the world to ski and snowboard, is like a power spot full of fun and energy.

How about enjoying some of the world’s best powder snow while spending some time at a sophisticated hotel?
